Here’s How it Works

Total Mobile Medicine is an on-demand concierge medical practice.  We serve urgent care needs for our patients in their home or place of work.  Should you require our services, Dr. Byrd will travel to you, but first, you will need to register as a patient prior to booking an appointment.  Follow the steps under Register for an Appointment.  

For an in person visit, an upfront initial consultation fee of $200 must be paid prior to your appointment.  Please note $200 is the price within a 10 mile radius of zip code 20124.  An additional $100 is applied for every 5 miles beyond that radius.  Once your appointment has been confirmed, Dr. Byrd will contact you to discuss the specific needs you have and any additional charges so that she can be prepared for your visit.

REGISTER FOR AN APPOINTMENT

1.  Register as a new patient by clicking “get started” below

2. You will receive an email confirming your registration

3.  After you register, login to the patient portal by clicking on the “patient portal” link below and use the “my appointments” tab to schedule your appointment.

4.  Once we confirm the appointment, a charge will be added to your account and you will need to return to the patient portal to pay any upfront fees before your visit.

5.  In the patient portal, go to the “questionnaires” tab and sign the appropriate documents prior to your visit.

6.  Contact us with any questions.
